In this series of lectures, I will present some features relating the behavior of an inviscid fluid and the geometry of the fluid domain. First, I will give the main ideas to develop a global well-posedness theory if the boundary is smooth and we will look for sufficient conditions on the regularity of the boundaries. Next, we will develop an existence theory without any assumption on the regularity. This will be obtained by deriving a stability result of the Euler equations under Hausdorff approximations of the fluid domain. Concerning the uniqueness, I will show that the standard proofs fail, and I will present two recent results in domains with corners.
