In this talk, we report the optimal global regularity results for a class of elliptic equations which happen to be singuar at the boundary. Moreover, we will give the asymptotic expansion of the soutions at the boundary singular point. These equations describe the Affine sphere, minimal graphs in the hyperbolic space, Loewner-Nirenberg problem and a stochastic control problem.
