In this talk I will first give an introduction to the recent progress in the field of quantum chaos by studying out-of-time-order correlation function. The relation to holographic duality is also briefly discussed. Then, I will talk about the SYK model which is a solvable concrete model in large N limit and shown to be maximally chaotic. I hope this talk will provide enough basic ideas in this rapid developing field.
