报告摘要:
In this talk, I would like to offer a personal overview of
methodological developments in the field of longitudinal or
clustered data analysis (LCDA). Arguably, the current LCDA arsenal
has provided powerful tools to practitioners for their innovative
research in various subject-matter areas since Liang and Zeger
published their seminal work on generalized estimating equation (GEE) in 1986.
My review will cover both Liang and Zeger\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s marginal models and
generalized linear mixed models, which are two major types of modeling approaches currently popular in LCDA. I will use a few running examples to enchance my discussions. The emphasis of my talk will be on successful models/methods as well as challenges/open problems confronted.
