Abstract: In this talk I will describe a research program, joint with Zhongwei Shen at University of Kentucky,
on quantitative homogenization of parabolic equations and systems with different scales. We consider a
family of parabolic equations with highly oscillating time-dependent coefficients, arising in the theory of
homogenization. The goal is to establish uniform optimal regularity estimates as well as sharp convergence rates of solutions.
