Abstract: In this paper we introduce some recent progress on the sufficient conditions of the potential function $f$ on smooth metric measure space $(M, g, e^{-f}dv)$ to achieve optimal diameter estimate under the integral Bakry-\'Emery Ricci tensor bounds. The results extend the previous work of Myers and Aubry. It's a joint work with Fengjiang Li an Jiayong Wu.
