Abstract：In this talk, we introduce Bouc's conjecture which is a problem about the Burnside ring of finite groups. We focus on a special rational number m_{G, N} which is the key of this problem and we give a topological interpretation of m_{G, N}. Here, G is a finite group and N is a normal subgroup of G.
